The best food to eat to fight off acne is and always will be vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. You should have a salad with each meal. Eat fruit for snacks. It also should be noted that eating allot of these raw or partially cooked is the ideal way to eat them. Foods that are heavily cooked have lots of the good taken out of them.
